About Dr. Paz

Lisa Paz has a Doctorate in Clinical Sexology and is a Board Certified Sex Therapist. She also has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology - Marriage and Family Therapy.

Dr. Paz splits her time between private practice in Miami, FL and lecturing at the University of Miami and Miami Dade College where she is adjunct faculty. She also does public speaking at venues throughout Florida and has appeared on local and national radio programs.

In private counseling Dr. Paz deals with a host of issues that pertain to sexuality and the individual, couple or family – this includes sexual dysfunctions, desires disorders, sexual impulse control problems, sexual abuse, orientation issues, children/family and sex topics, infidelity, marital conflict, cancer and sexuality and much more.

Additionally, she is interested in boosting already healthy relationships and helping couples take their sexuality to the next level – in this capacity she functions as a facilitator - coach, offering ideas, techniques, and strategies to maintain or rekindle love affairs.
